You dig into where yerba mate comes from, how to prepare it properly, and how to tell the different flavors apart depending on the type and brand, all over a relaxed, chatty masterclass with everyone around you. You also get into alfajores, the classic Argentine sweet. It is a genuinely social, hands-on way to plug into one of the country's most everyday rituals. This runs as a small group (up to 15) with a guide in English and Spanish. Yerba mate tasting, alfajores ingredients, and cooking tools are included; hotel pickup and drop-off are not.
