Private Empanadas and Alfajores Cooking Class in Buenos Aires

Over 2 private hours you make two Argentine icons completely from scratch. You start with empanada dough, fill it with classic beef, onion, olives and spices (vegetarian options available too), and an instructor helps you nail the folding and baking until they come out golden. Then you move on to alfajores, sandwiching dulce de leche and rolling them in coconut. At the end, you eat everything you made and take home the recipes to recreate it. This is a private experience with a host in English, Spanish or Portuguese, so the pace is entirely yours. A welcome drink or glass of wine, all ingredients and materials, and a comfortable venue are included; transfers are not.
